Nancy has 12 plus years as Chief Operating Officer, market researcher and innovation guide at Excess Data LLC, preceded by decades of experience in upstream product development at a global consumer packaged goods company, as well as a ME degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
She has extensive experience in front end innovation portfolio design and project management, pre-market product design, consumer evaluation of new products, developing market landscapes, and packaging design. Excellent leadership, strategic, and communication skills.
Nancy particularly enjoys working with small businesses, startup companies and non-profits to bring insights and provide guidance to help grow those organizations. In her spare time, Nancy loves spending time with family and friends and traveling to check places off of her ever expanding bucket list.
David McCarthy
David is the Chief Analytics Officer at Excess Data LLC.
His responsibilities include data analysis, financial accounting, and administration.
David’s primary focus areas include data analysis, report writing, database development/maintenance, and survey programming/analysis.
David’s background is primarily in mathematics and statistics. He earned his MS in Applied Statistics from Miami University.
David enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 sons, reading, and playing disc golf.
